Since each animal is custom made, refunds and returns are not avaliable. Be sure to clearly communicate expectations before we begin work on your animal. 

Shipping rates will vary based on location. The customer is responsible for shipping clothing to our store. Please email us at seaminglysimple4492@gmail.com for more information. 

Local customers can arrange to drop off clothing and pick up finished products from our facility to avoid shipping costs. 

The following requirements are for 1 dog. 

Adult Clothing:

1 shirt, pair of pants, jacket, etc.

Baby Clothing:

Premie: 10 - 12 pieces

3 months: 8 - 12 pieces 

6 months+: 6 - 12 pieces

*If you do not have enough to meet the minimums listed above, reach out to us. We can get creative and see if we can make it work for what you can provide!

We also offer embroidery to make your memory dog even more personalized! Embroidery is $10 per section. A great place for embroidery is the side back.
